Hi
I'd just like to say that I recommend Helen's gel called 'Help!' I trapped a nerve inmy neck and its been stiff ever since and my shoulders too, so I rubbed the gel into the back of my neck and shoulders for the first time and within seconds it was already releasing them and today I am so loose!!!
