A qualified Aromatherapist & Indian Head Masseuse,
‘I believe that our natural environment holds all of the materials and ingredients needed to produce moisturising, nourishing and healing products, without the need for harsh chemical or synthetic materials. Whilst I strongly believe that conventional and holistic medicine can work well together, I also believe that we should listen to our bodies and trust what it tells us, allowing us to choose between medication and therapy.’

In keeping with the natural image of the company, all of the ingredients used are ethically sourced, neither are they tested on animals and unless otherwise stated, suitable for vegans. All products are made especially to order, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality possible.
Do you have any aromatherapy tips to share?
If you only ever use one essential oil, I recommend Lavender oil.
Lavender is the equivilant of 'First Aid' in a small bottle.

Use on burns, cuts, grazes, insect bites & stings & repels them also. A natural pain inhibitor, wonderful when massaged into temples to overcome headaches & to ease you into a restful sleep.
The list of uses for Lavender oil is too long to mention but almost everything you can think of.

Hi Helen

like your new header. I finally got to quickly add myself here, but will come back later for a longer look. How clever you are to set up this site.

Hi Helen

On the discussion about party planners info, do you want us just to reply to it with details or start another discussion?

These sites are good for connecting with people & if you wish to send a private message to someone on here, look at the top of the page, left hand side & you will see an envelope symbol, it will say 'NEW' if someone has sent you a message (i think you need to be friends first, so accept any friends requests if you wish to do this, you can always remove later if you wish). Under each members pic on their page is a send message link, this will send a private message to them & will go to their email box & show up on the envelope symbol.

Waffled a bit there but im sure as you look it will become clear.

Just a quickie though - you should change your default pic to something other than 'your' flower as it looks like you replying to everyone. I totally associate that flower with you whenever I see it! lol

It's lovely to join a group that I don't have to run or be accountable for - quite relaxing.......
