Hi, I'm a work at home mum of 3 teenagers. I'm a qualified Reiki Master and Indian Head Massage Practitioner, however, nowadays, only for family & friends due to my work at home "day job" taking priority. I have a wide range of interests and a passion for arts and crafts, in particular paper clay.
Do you have any aromatherapy tips to share?
My aromatherapy tip: exfoliating treat = put sea salt in a bowl, pour your favorite aromatherapy oil blend (blend NOT pure essential oil) over until soaked into the salt, use as a gentle scrub in the bath. The salt exfoliates and the essential oil blend softens and leaves a light aroma on your skin.

Hi Diane, just to say Hi, and nice to see you have joined the site. I'm a friend of Helen's, and its great that she lives in the next street. I love her products, and she is full of information on the uses of aromatherapy oils. Nita x
Hi Di
Thank you & its lovely that you've joined.
Only started it on Thursday, so lots to add & tweak but hopefully will contain lots of aroma info at some point.
