Friend of Helen since 2004, through ASromatherapy course. I'm now retired, live alone and have one daughter and three cats.

My other interests are Family History reearch and making hand crafted greeting cards. I like classical music mainly, but also like to reminisce on 60s and 70s pop.
Do you have any aromatherapy tips to share?
Just read this week that Frankinsence has been successfully used in a trial against osteo arthritis. This was for orlal administration, but as I have this cindition, I plan to make a blend for local application and see if this helps. Will keep you posted.
