Tell us about yourself.

I'm Jude, a stay at home Mum of 3 gorgeous kids and I run an online cosmetics business called Iona Cosmetics. I'm also a Recognised Birth Doula with Doula UK although that is on hold at the moment whilst I recover from a back operation. Life can be busy but also good fun!!

Do you have any aromatherapy tips to share?

Clary Sage when you're having contractions, really helps to regularise and strengthen them - worked for my doula birth clients and worked for me :D
